may bbae po ung asawa ko at nbuntis nya pero alam po nung bbae n my asawa n sya.ginugulo po ako nung bbae ngtetext sya skin na hindi ko daw sila kyang pghiwlyin ng asawa ko.pingbantaan din po nya ko n kpag pinunthan ko sya s bhay nila ippatay nya ko.ano po bng legal n aksyon ang pede ko gwin?di po sya mhiwlyan ng asawa ko dti ksi binablockmail daw po sya nun bbae n mgsusumbong s pipsukan nya trabaho pero ngaun po ng resign n ung asawa ko last day nya s aug.25 s work pero alam ko po hnggang ngaun eh ngkikita p rin sila.

those text messages are evidence but it is difficult to prove who sent them if the girl denies it. you can file your complaint of threats directly at the prosecutor's office if you do not live in the same city or municipality, otherwise at her bgy first.

yes, the illegitimate child is entitled to support from the parents
