Dress Code Policy

Hi,

Im a regular employee in a private company then our HR Dept lift up the dress down (wash day) for the company. The company provided us 4 polo shirt uniform. We work for 6days, is there a rule or rights of the employee in labor code that the company should provide a wash day for their employee's. And they keep on revising the company policy, they implementing their new policy without any prior notice, i would like also to ask if the company revise their policy how many days should it be implemented? Do we have the right to know it first (15days?) before implementing a new revise policy?

i am not aware of a specific rule or law regarding uniforms. the test here is reasonableness. you can make an argument if you were sanctioned and you were caught unaware of the change.
