re clarification if i have record in NBI

Sir, i would only want to know if i have record in NBI. I am now working in abroad, but i will be transfer to another sponsorship which required to submit NBI. Last 2009 a subpoena file against me, due to late or not paying of Bank Loan, ung nakalagay po sa name sa sub-poena ay apelyedo po ng EX-husband ko pero naayos naman ito kagad ng lawyer ko at na dismissed na ang case after a few weeks or months. It's now 2011 and i am planning to get a new copy of my NBI since hindi ko na po makita ung old NBI ko. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung mag-a-appear po ba sa NBI Records ung case na finile sa akin, natanong ko na din po ito sa lawyer ko at sabi nila hind daw po mag-aappear sa NBI dahil una sa lahat dismissed na daw ang case at hindi naman daw po ako na-issuehan ng warrant of arrest. Pero madami po kase akong nababasa about the "HINT" word na umaappear sa NBI? tama po ba ung sinasabi ng lawyer ko?

i think you mean 'hit'. the only way to make sure is to apply for your clearance, but i doubt if anything will appear
