Matagal na po kami ng asawa ko,walang anak dahil naghahanda pa for future.pareho kami nag-abroad.pero umuwi po sya. lumipat ako ng bansa while nasa pinas po sya.nabalitaan at na-confirm ko po ngaun na may anak na sya sa ibang babae.presently,nasa Brunei sya while im here in Dubai.pwede ko po ba mapauwi ang asawa ko sa pinas at ano po ang pwede kong ikaso sa kanila? pls help me po....

i have known everything from my family and his own sister.i only got picture of their son. nawalan na po kasi kami ng communication simula noong nagloko siya. ano po pwede ko gawin? pwede ko ba sya ipa-ban sa POEA or pauwiin kasi nasa brunie pa siya now.

i recommend you focus on getting evidence first. a picture of a child is not good enough. did their relationship happen in the philippines or abroad?

attorney,nasa pinas na po ako now.inalam ko ang lahat.kapatid at mga magulang ng asawa ko mismo ang nagsabi sakin ng totoo na may anak na sya sa ibang babae.nakita ko na po ang babae pati ang anak nila na 9 months ngaun.nasa brunie po ngaun ang asawa ko.ano po ba ang pwede kong gawin?dito sa pinas nangyari ang relasyon nila.gusto ko po silaipakulong.pls help me po

Irish, Alamin mo ang birth certificate ng bata..Birth Certificate is a sufficient evidence rather than pictures.
