Meron po akong problem sa surname ko, gamit ko pong surname ay galing sa ndi ko biological father and ndi sila kasal ng mama ko, guzto ko po sana na gawin yun na sa mother ko na lnag yun gamitin ko, yun biological father ko kasi is a japanese. magulo po yun case ko, pano po kaya yun? hope po matulungan nyo ko., thanks.

ako rin po im john lloyd dado pero im using tatoy instead sa dado... tatoy is the surename of my father gusto ko po i follow ang surename nya!!! kaso po namatay po sya nung 2007... meron pong admission of paternity kaso wala pong affidavit na pag kilala sa akin as anak!!! meron pa po bang ibang parran like r.a 9255z///

illegitimate child po ako born in 1974. wla po akong birth certificate. my mother used his brother na nasa canada and his wife as my parents sa dahilanan na balak raw po akong ampunin noon kaya gamit ko po ang surname ng aking uncle at ung middle name ko ay ung sa wife nya, ngunit hindi po natuloy ang pag ampon. sa lahat po ng records ko ay sila ang nakalagay na aking mga magulang simula po sa aking pag aaaral, may asawa na po ako at kasalukuyang nagtratrabaho. gusto ko po itong maitama at magkaroon ng birth certificate. sanay inyo po akong matulungan. marami pong salamat and god bless.

in filing my late registration, should i use:
a.) my uncle and his wife as my parents as they are already indicated in all my legal records? or
b.) my true mother with no father? no middle name as i will only use my true mother surname.

if option b, can i still file late registration without supporting papers cause as i mention my uncle and his wife indicated in all my legal records as my parents... i have no baptismal record. thanks po ulit
