i hope someone can shed some light on this topic..
i had an aunt A with 3 kids and an ofw husband.
aunt A passed away and aunt B was left to care for the kids.
aunt B had a fake marriage cert made to make sure that the ofw husband wont get married, esp because of the kids.
fake marriage cert got registered and is now showing as valid.
what are the options in getting it removed from the records or at least make it invalid?
