property na binigay ng husband sa mistress

i need your legal opinion on this.

ung lalaki validly married. meron syang mistress at anak dun sa mistress nya. ipinagpatayo nya sila ng bahay, kinumpleto ung mga gamit. pero ung lot pagmamay-ari ata ng parents ng mistress.

pag dumating b ung time n mamatay ung husband, may habol ba ung legal family dun sa mga ari-arian na naipagkaloob ng husband dun sa mistress at illegitimate child nya? pwede bang bawiin ng legal family ung bahay pati lahat ng bagay n binili ng husband para sa mistress at illegitimate child?

hindi po kc ako sure pro ang alm ko nasbi dti ng prof ko na lhat dw ng naibigay eh pwede bawiin ng legal family..pls. enlighten me. thank you
