inquiry lang po, just needed some info.

nahuli ako 21 yrs ago at na-file ng case na illegal gambling. i was 14 then. hindi ako naka-attend ng mga hearing sa makati since hindi nakarating sa akin yung hearing letters dahil lumipat kami ng bahay. now, hindi ako makakuha ng nbi clearance dahil sa case na to. ano poba maganda ko ng gawin. maraming salamat. any info would be appreciated.

this appears on our nbi clearance?

face the case. go to makati and have the case revived by filing bail. the case will be eventually dismissed because there will be no witnesses to be presented and being 14 you are now absolutely exempted from criminal liability
