Arresto Menor

Cousins occupy our house w/no expected rent except util. Sale is pending. They won't move out. Gave them oral notice for months but not in writing. Should we exercise the written notice now? Can Barangay help?

you have to begin with a notice to vacate then a complaint at the bgy.
