i want to know what are the taxes that must be paid if you are only a sole proprietor of your business.

i am in real estate, PRC licensed broker but with a sole proprietorship of a realty in my name. are there any rules to follow after registering the name with department of trade and industries? it will expire in 2012. pls guide me on procedures. thank you

you should take the seminar offered by the bir on taxes. it's free. offhand, you are liable for income tax, percentage or VAT. plus bgy fees and city taxes for mayor's permit
