Dirty kitchen namin ginawang fire exit ng neighbor, pwede ba silang kasuhan?

Bale sa townhouse po kami nakatira. Mapapansin nyo po sa pic na open yung gate hindi man lang nila pinapodlock, kaya wala kaming peace of mind kasi anytime pwede kaming ma access. Kinausap na namin sila ng maraming beses pero hindi nila kami pinapansin.

who built that gate? do all units have that kind of gate?

if the gate wasn't there, wouldn't they still have access over the wall to your side?

Sorry for my incomplete explanation. Nabili po nila yung unit sa dating may ari nung Dec. 2010.

Ang hitsura po nyan is typical townhouse na may 2 bedroom sa taas na may space pa sa likod(taas)na pwede pang ipa extend. Yung baba lang ang sagad kasi nandun sa baba nung open space yung banyo saka dirty kitchen. Pero ang bubong na nung banyo and dirty kitchen ng sa kanila is pinagawang concrete na semento nung dating nakatira, para ready na for second floor extension (yung original na bubong sa tinurnover noong panahon is yero ang bubong ng cr. dirty kitchen is open sa taas. Ganun pa rin yung sa amin)

Nung nabili na po yan nung may ari na ngayon, pinabutas po yung pader ng kwarto sa taas then ginawang kitchen or pantry na yung extension.


Ito po yung pic nung sinisimulan palang gawin yung kitchen nila sa taas taken from our window.

Attorney, sila ang nagpalagay ng gate.

Sa tanong na..if the gate wasn't there wouldn't they still have access over the wall to your side? Ang sagot ko po is hindi based on my description above.
