Mali yung gender and 1 letter ng middle initial ko possible po ba makakuha ng passport kahit meron mali yung bc i mean kung magsubmit ako affidavit sa dfa makakakuha kaya ako passport? Salamat sa makakasagot godbless Smile

it all depends how strict your docs examiner will be. most first timers are allowed to file an affid of one and the same person, but it is not always allowed.
