paano po mavovoid ung case po sa falsification of passport, how long it will takes pra mavoid po ung case w/o the presence po nung taong sinampahan ng kaso?

kung ang case nya po eh falsified passport na ung mali eh birth year po?

ano po ung dapat gawin nung tao, at nabigyan na sya ng bagong passport.

nauna ung bagong passport tapos sinampahan sya ng kaso?

paano po un?

at bakit po nangyari un kahit nabigyan na sya ng bagong passport?

ano po ang dapat gawin?

sana po mabigyan po eto ng linaw...

dear sir/ ma'am:
please help me to solve my problem. ano po ba ang magiging problema kung ang error sa passport ko ay 'space' lang po sa name ko (jerrymaine naging jerry maine)?? gagamitin ko na po kasi ung passport ko this coming september. lahat naman po ng mga valid id's ko ay walang space ang name ko eversince i was a child yun na po ang ginagamit ko. ewan ko po ba ba't nya nilagyan ng space!!pls sir/ma'am, help me:(.. sana po matulungan nyo po ko. i'll wait po for your reply. thanks po God bless!

exotic, please clarify your facts. who filed the case for falsification? is the basis the date of birth?

jeng, it's difficult to foresee a problem but it might be questioned later on. why don't you request the dfa to correct the error?
