2nd family ung friend ko w/ 2 kids, not legally separated/annuled ung husband pero ung friend ko ung pinakisamahan at aware ung 1st wife (w/ 2kids) na nagkaroon cla ng mga anak (kapatid sa labas).
pwede ko bang malaman kung possibleng itransfer sa name ng minor illegitamate child ang mga land/properties ng grand father as protection sa greedy 1st wife ng husband ng freind ko, khit buhay pa ung father at ang grand father?
pwede ba na mag karoon ng deed of sale between sa minor illegitimate child, father and grand father, para d na ipamana ng grand father sa father ang mga properties para walang habol ang greedy 1st wife sa property ng father and grand father?

i would not recommend a deed of sale, when there is no actual sale. that is falsification of public document and tax evasion.

the grandfather is free to donate to the illegitimate child.

in that case, i need to advise my friend regarding her plans..

so anong pinaka magandang gawin ng friend ko kung willing naman pumirma ung father at ung grand father? anong documents ang pwede nyang mapirmahan sa lolo incase na willing na ppumirma as donation ung lolo? d ba mag hahabol ung mga legitimate kids ng 1st wife if ever na idonate sa illegitimate ung ariarian ng lolo?

lolo should consult a lawyer to have his estate assessed what part he can donate, otherwise the legit kids can question it.

ok. thanks atty. i will have a post again. just check with my friend first what she will do because she told lolo is widowed already and her husband is the only son of lolo. i will tell her also to consult atty regarding this. thanks for the time..
