hi!!to all lawyers out there!my legal wife is threatening me to file a case against me...concubinage daw po..its hard to prove right>??pero sabi po niya may hawak siyang mga pictures kasama yung anak ko sa kinakasama ko ngayon sa facebook..totoo po na pumupunta ako every weekends sa kinakasama ko pero i doubt naman kung may mag tetestify na kapitbahay namin...enough po ba yung mga pictures na nakita sa facebook.???. sabi niya hawak daw po niya birth certificate ng anak ko sa kinakasama ko..malakas na po ba evidence yun?paano po ba cla naka kuha ng kopya ng bc kung ganun.???.totoo po na inacknowledge ko rin po yung bata sa kinakasama ko ngayon at may anak din po kami ng legal wife ko..ano po pwede ikaso sa akin bukod sa concubinage???...i need help..how would you defend me...thank you

you can have a child with another woman and visit her occasionally. that is not concubinage. if you persist, it can be repeated marital infidelity which can be considered psycho incapacity under ra 9262.
