Ano po ba ang unang dapat gawin when you get a notice of demolition? How would you know if it is valid? At anong pong ahensya ng gobyerno ang dapat lapitan to contest this?

the court has the power to issue demolition order, so try to verify that with the court who issued the said order. You may request TRO from the same court also.
