false child abuse

i heard one of our good neighbor who's husband just discipline a child that talked back at him when he tried to advice to child to not cause any trouble he slap the child's face to shut off his disrespectful mouth the mom was at a nearby lodge saw what happen. Following day she filed case against them saying child abuse & physical injury
to the surprised of our neighbor that the medical shows that the child's cheek were blue or bruised.

And the witness was where the mother stayed at. And was a known enemy by the couple. Who was a woman w/ no conduct. Probably the one who provoked the mom out to file a case against them. They werent able to settle it at the baranggay they brought it to court. The couple tried to get witness but one of them were talked out by that woman & back out of being a witness. The witness was a child & the grandma excused that his grandson's school might be affected. The couple were dismayed they dont have enough money as well to defend themselves when it will go to court. Fear of going to jail for a very lame reason. I can only do this much to help & they need advice on what to do who to call help w/.

is this the wife filing a case against her husband? what couple are your referring to? who is the complainant?

ai ano po..kakilala ko po ung couple at ung husband nya ang nacharge ng child abuse ung ina ung ng file ng case.. hindi nila kaano ano ang bata neighbors lng din nman lng sila ng ina ewan bakit hindi nadaan ng usapan eh hindi nman tlga ganun na tao ung husband eh mas known ung bata na stealer at black sheep tlga dito. ewan ko pera lng ba habol ng ina eh kc ung naging witness naman may grudge un sa asawa ng husband na accuse ng child abuse.

gusto tlga nilang ipakulong ung husband ng friend ko.tsk nainis akong isipin na mkokolong ang mabuting tao dahil sa wlang hiyang mag ina.

the couple are a fiend of mine... the complainant is jst a neighbor no relation w/ them. the child was giving off bad words n talkd bck at husband so he slap him. then the mother of the child filed a case child abuse. the witness they had was an enemy of the wife. so at the local baranggay it wasnt settle it will reach to court the couple dont have the time n money to reach it that far.
