I am a manager for a call center and as a manager one of the responsibilites is to request funds for the account, I requested for a fund and was approved but upon liquidation i was told that they will not accept since the process is to go through a different way which is through procurement. We're given 1 month to liquidate hence salary deduction.
I was out of the country and have limited access to internet especially office emails, while i was away i know that i have left money on my payroll account so i could use it while traveling but when i checked it, my salary was already gone. I hurridly find an internet and checked it online and it says debit memo for such and such amount. So to make the story short, they deducted it through my salary. Here's the thing, they deducted it may 28 yet they sent an email march 31 saying that deduction will happen april 6, so they dedecuted it first before they sent me the notice. IS this a valid case? would appreciate any help i could get. thanks!
