help po! tanong lang po ako kung anung pwede gawin kc ung father ko po pinagbabantaan n kakatayin daw po nya ung mother ko. nag away po kc cla dahil sa pera po.irresponsible po kc ung father ko. then nagkasagutan po tapos pinaalis n po nmen c daddy s bahay para wala ng gulo,kaya lng po ngbanta nga po sya n kakatayin nya c mama oras n makita nya s labas. ntatakot nman po kame bka totohanin nya ung banta nya. anu po b ung dapat gawin?

you can apply for a bargangay protection order or temporary protection order from the court.

atty good evening po!

ask ko lang po, paano po kami makapagfile ng case agains a fireman dito sa amin, nalaman kasi namin na naghire sya ng tao para barilin yung asawa ko.. buti nalang po at may nakapagsabi sa amin, na yung mga tao na hina-hire niya, may nakakakilala sa amin...
gusto sana naming magfile ng case pero ang problema namin, ayaw maging witness yung hina hire niya..
how can we solve our prob atty.? natatakot talaga kami kahit saan kami magpunta atty kasi baka maghire sila ulit ng iba...
pls atty we need your advise....
