In 2008, I processed an extra judicial settlement and had it published in a newspaper in order to pay for the estate tax. However, during that time, I had insufficient funds to pay for the taxes. In year 2010, I reprocessed an extra judicial settlement and managed to pay for the taxes. I would like to know before going to the register of deeds if it’s necessary to republish the extra judicial settlement in a newspaper again since a new one was done on 2010?
