Can I file a case to my husband and his mistress work in the same company?

Hi,

My husband and I are 8 years married. We have 3 kids (8 yrs, 6 yrs and 2 yrs old) When i found out re: his immoral affair he pack his things and leave separately, His mistress leaves on Butuan City, txt and col and if there's a long vacation they will meet. Same company but the girl is in Butuan Branch while my husband in Manila Branch. He's not giving any financial support anymore when he found out that I'm trying to ruin his mistress by posting to facebook that she's a mistress!!! My purpose is ruin her lyf and call the attention of the company. He told me if i will not erase that he will not give any single cent. But i did not delete, he gets our laptop, he's trying to hack my password at fb to delete that and stole my friends company CPU that i borrowed.. he's like crazy doing abnormal things. My kids are afraid to him...i not let him go inside our home coz im afraid what he will do next. He's threatening me always saying cruel things if i will not delete that account sa fb. And he told me that my informer inside their company will be fire/dismiss coz he's giving information/hr files to me re: his mistress... the mistress txted me that whatever will happen she will not leave my husbad. Please give me advice, can i file a case to them? I want the girl totally out of the company coz that's immoral act. My evidences are, the txt messages comes from my husband and mistress, e-mails from mistress, Copy of statement billing of Phone where the records of my husband calls to his mistress. He's not even thinking if kids are still eating, and even don't mind about the school year that near to start...kids did not enroll yet!Please advice!!! Thanks so much!!!

i don't agree with your move to make defamatory posts in fb. that just makes you vulnerable to to a charge of libel.

their emails to each other is not admissible evidence. but their messages to you can be used.

you can write to their company and report it from a company disciplinary standpoint.

send a demand letter to him for support, then you can file a case of economic abuse under RA 9262.
