i have a friend who has a warrant of arrest but now she is out of the country and she wants to come back.....the warrant was release by the court right after she left philippines she wants to come back to settle the issue but then she is worried that what if in the airport she will be arrested by the nbi?somebody told her that once a person has a warrant of arrest it is automatically forwarded to the pnp,nbi and bureau of immigration?please advice thanks!
