Hello.
I would like to know if there is a law here sa Pilipinas about Plagiarism? I wrote and published a poem almost 20 years ago. While I was searching the internet, i found my poem being posted online by different people claiming that it was their own original work. What can I do about this?

that's not really plagiarism, but more on copyright law. you possess the economic rights of distribution and ownership over our work, and it exists from the moment of creation.

what do you want to achieve? for them to take down? or acknowledge you? or pay damages?
