NBI Clearnce Hit

Ask ko lang po, nag renew ako ng NBI clearance knna. I got hit. I am married naka file na sa NSO but I am not yet using my married name, can that be the reason for getting hit? AWOL din ako sa previous company ko, puro warning letter lang na-received ko. Without subpoena being given to me wala naman ang legal case? thanks!

there's no point in speculating. you really just have to get your clearance to find out why.

how about knowing in nbi dat u have an setafa case and u haven't receieve any subpoena? makukulong na po ba ang taong me kaso n d naman nkatanggap ng subpoena?

nbi normally will record your case when there is a warrant of arrest. only way to find out is to get your clearance.

nbi told me that there's a case iled against me. its a estafa case. Makukulong na po b ako?

go to the court where it is filed and post bail so the warrant of arrest will be withdrawn.

how can we post bail?

you have to go to the court where the case is pending, deposit money and your pictures.

ano po yung ededeposit kong money? and what about those pictures,para saan yun?

atty, what clearance po yung kukunin sa court?? na walang warrant of arrest? kung walang of arrest tapos may kaso pero small case lang makakakuha ba ng clearance sa court para matanggal yung hit?? TIA

what i mean is your nbi clearance. they'll tell you if you have a case.

ang father ko po ay 14 years nagtrabaho sa isang company bilang maintenance dahil sa isang akusasyun ,umalis ang papa ko sa trabaho dahil sa sama ng loob pero napatunayan naman niya na wala po siyang kasalanan.Hindi rin po siya nag file ng separation pay at wala siyang nakuhang kahit anong benefits.Bale 8 years na po ang nakakalipas,kung magclaim po ba ang papa ko sa company na yun pwede pa po ba ?may habol pa ba siya sa company na iyon.sa totoo lang po kasi may edad na rin po ang papa ko ngayon kaya nanghihinayang po siya kung di man lang niya mapapakinabangan ang pinaghirapan niya ng mahabang panahon.sana po ay mapayuhan nyo po kami kung ano ang gagawin.aantayin ko po ang reply nyo.

I've heard that there's a warrant of arrest issued for me. But i haven't received/gotten any noticed about it. And now I'm afraid to roam around the city coz I'm afraid that maybe theres someone who will pick me up. my question is would the court or the police arrest me anywhere they see me? thank you.

last 2009 my boss dismissed med from work for theft. since then nagtago na po ako sa takot ko. with some help from my tita she found out na may na file na case sa akin and may warrant of arrest na daw po ako. since then natakot na po ako alamin ang lahat. lumipat ako ng bahay .
ngaun po need ko na mag work at natatakot ako kumuha ng nbi clearance...pag lumabas po ba na may hit ako o warrant of arrest ay huhulihin ako outright sa nbi? bailable po ba ang qualified theft?

gab, the warrant of arrest is given to the PNP and NBI. normally there are 2 copies to the PNP, 1 for ghq and the other to where you live as per the complaint. i really doubt ever police man would know there is a warrant out against you.

attylll ginawa na po ng representative ko yan pinapunta ko sya with my autorizatiion letter to post bail,pero ayaw tanggapin ang bayad sa korte dahil di raw pumayag ang complainant. anu po ang advice nyo atty?

seidz, for filing of bail, you have to do it personally because you will be asked to sign a waiver of appearance. it's not up to the complainant.

na research ko lang po ung site na to. ask lang po atty. makakakuha pa po ba ng nbi clearance pag kinasuhan ka? natatakot po kasi kumuha sa may victory mall kasi baka pag may lumabas na hit eh bigla na lang syang hulihin. allegedly large scale staffa po ung kaso nya. salamat po.
