my name was hit

i applied for an nbi clearance last april 20 2011 and applied again may 6 and 1st time ko po magka hit even b4 ive never been hit is it because wala pang 1 month ang clearnce ko? pls help!!!

the only way to make sure is to just get your clearance.

gud pm sir... paano po ang gagawin pag hold po nila yung nbi clearance, kasi my pending case ako.. pero naka bail nman ako... pwede kopa rin bang mkuha yung clearance ko..

you can get the certificate, but it will state that you have a pending case. it will be removed only if the case is dismissed.

my last nbi clearance way back 2008 was clear pero ng maglokoloko ako hindi ko alam kun alin dun ang nag file sa akin sa dami ko kalokohan gnawa natatakot ako po e claim ko ang nbi clearance ko kasi nag hit ng kumuha ako last week. ano po dapat kung gawin kasi nag hit po ang nbi clearance ko kung may warrant ba ako mahuhuli nila ako mismo sa nbi ba?

good evening po. bago lang ako sa forum interested to know about nbi clearance with a hit. previously wala akong kapangalan sa nbi pag nag-apply ako. but when i got there last tuesday my receipt was stamped with a hit and was asked to go back on friday, may 20. may unsettled account pa po kasi ako sa isang bank but i'm willing to settle naman po yun. posible po bang yun ang reason kaya with hit ang stamp sa receipt ko? wala naman po ako nareceive na subpoena or anything with regards to my account. please advise i need to pass it po kasi sa company na papasukan ko. thank you po.

the only way to find out is to get your clearance. i've not heard of anyone being arrested, even those with pending warrants of arrests. they point you to where the case is pending.

attyLLL, my friend po ung officemate ko, her name was hit in the NBI pero di po niya alam na hit na pala xa, she return to nbi in next week. ang nangyari po ngaun, na detain po ung friend nya sa nbi and it was already been a week she stays.
she was never been receive subpoena and resolution. do po kasi nya alam na may case siya don sa dati nyang workplace. is the detention of the nbi legal? please advise po kasi kawawa ung friend nya nasa bench lang natulog sa nbi ofis in a week na

jesha, that is the first time i've heard that the nbi detained anyone from a hit on the nbi clearance. it is probably for a very serious crime?

a week is too much. the nbi is probably trying to get a copy of the arrest warrant. he should get a lawyer to question the detention.

atty need your advice. 11 years ago may naka rumble kami. nag usap kami sa brgy with the parents nung complainant pero once lang ako naka attend kasi i was studying away from home so parents ko and parents nya nag me meet sa brgy. later after 10 years kumuha po ako ng nbi clearance and hit ako. when i asked my bro to check the case where the it was filed nalaman nya naka archive na daw. plus we did not know about them filing before the mtc kasi wala kami natanggap na any form of notice knowing na our town is very small. the reason na na archive is no where to be found daw ang defendant.. ano po dapat ko gawin atty??

go back to the mtc and file bail or just re-appear. go through the motions until the case is dismissed.

Hi po. I had this experience na nagka hit ako sa nbi. and i was invited for an interview kung san ako kumukuha ng clearance, actual renewal nalang yun. but then tinanong po ako kung bakit hindi daw ako nag attend ng hearing ng case ko? so nagulat ako. the case was filed daw po sa malabon, but i am from pampanga and never ako tumira ng malabon. tinanong ko po kung anong kaso, hindi naman daw po alam nung agent or officer. then pina sign po ako ng affidavit stating na i am deniying na hindi ako yung taong yun na may kaso. at ang isa pa po napansin ko, mali ang spelling ng last names namen, velasques sya, while velasquez naman po ako. pero bakit ininterview pa rin ako, obviuos naman po na hindi pareho spelling ng last names namen. though nakuha ko po clearance ko, im still worried kase mag fifile ng spouse visa petition sakin ang asawa ko. baka dahil sa ganun eh hindi ako ma grant ng visa. pls help me understand this situation. thank you.

atty, yung isa ko pong friend eh may hit po sa nbi... small case lng naman, tpos may training po siya sa company niya abroad sa sweden, 3 weeks sila dun... ichecheck po ba ng immigration or ng embassy ung nbi nia sa mismong nbi office? TIA
