^You did not indicate here the prevailing PDIC Insurance Coverage when your bank closed, so I'll just assume that your bank just closed recently, and at the moment, the prevailing PDIC maximum deposit insurance coverage is 500,000. Based on PDIC Law, when your bank closes, you are guaranteed that at most, P500,000 will be returned to you by the PDIC. And I guess, your question is on the remaing balance which the PDIC did not cover. In such a case, you will stand in the same footing as those unsecured creditors of the bank, as such, you'll just wait first that the government be paid of all taxes and other liabilities, then all the secured creditors of the bank will be paid, then the bank employees, after which, when there are still enough assets left, you'll divide the remaining assets with the other unsecured creditors proportionately to your claim is the remaining assets is not enought to pay all the unsecured creditors.
