I was one of the OFW repatriated from Libya. I was not paid of our last month's salary and due to the conflict has not finished my contract. I have no more communications with our employer in Libya, from the time we were abandoned on site. Can we claim from our recruiter in the Phils. just compensation due to us?

i recommend you go to the nlrc to inquire. they set up a desk precisely for repatriates from libya.
