hello po my complain po sa amin galing ng gender and development hindi po namin pnunthan ang 2 invitation nila tapos po yong pangatlong letter notice of hearing sa brgy angkaso po pagmumura at pagbabanta which is not true, hindi po kami nakapunta kasi po my mga trabaho kami ngayon po pag inatenan po ba namin pwede mo ba kami magcomplain ng pang aabala at pabayaran yong araw na inabala kami

no, you cannot claim that. if you do not appear, the complainant will be issued a certificate to file action and they can file the criminal case at the prosecutor's office.

i recommend you request that the confrontation be scheduled at a more convenient time. you ignore it at your own risk.

halos lahat ng thread atty nabasa ko na..pero im still confused hehe.
kahit matagal na to just want to ask ..ang nangyari naman po sa akin umatend ako ng first hearing dapat po hindi kasi may pasok po ako. pero umabsent ako nagpaalam ako sa supervisor ko kaso ayaw ko sana umabsent dahil sayang ang araw at alam ko naman kasi na kasinungalingan lng mga complaint nila sa akin..kung mag counter charge po ako then kung ang settlement po ay gusto ko bayaran nila ung oras na trabaho na nasayang ko pwedi po ba un?. maraming salamat ng marami
