Hi Atty,

I would like to ask your advice on what to do on my father's deposit (savings account) in the province as the bank (coop bank) refused to serve withdrawals because according to them they are currently having liquidity problem.

sounds like the bank is going on bank holiday. serve a demand letter, but it seems like the bank may be placed under conservatorship by the BSP soon.
