nangutang po ako ng 10k sa kakilala ko nung year 2009. wala po kaming kasulatan at resibo. verbal aggreement lang. binayaran ko po siya ng 2k per mo. for 11 mos. total 22k. tapos after 2 yrs. sinisingil niya ako kasi interest lang daw yun binayaran ko. tapos nag sama pa siya sa kakilala niyang pulis sabi ng pulis pwede raw ako makasuhan ng qualified theft?ask ko lang po pwede ba ako makasuhan ng qualified theft? or hindi ko nalang siya papansinin? thanks?

if there is no written agreement as to interest, then interest is not demandable. any charge of qualified theft against you will not prosper IF what is alleged is that you failed to pay a loan.
