Good Day Atty,
If one of the 3 heirs has waived his claim on the money in checking deposits, is he still required to be a co-signor of the heirs bond?
Also, are all the heirs who did not waive their claim on the money required to co-sign the heirs bond, or is it possible to simply ask one or two of the heirs to co-sign/secure the bond as long as they have the necessary assets for the bond?
Thank you.
