Generally, you won't go to jail since the case usually filed by the banks is a civil case for collection of sum of money.

thanks.. much as i have wanted to pay my bank loan but until now i have financial problem and im so stressed with all the collectors agent. what is usually do in the case of collection of moneny? will they forced me to pay it?

If the case is decided against you, the court will eventually issue a writ of execution to their sheriff to collect the amount you owe against the bank.
