I would like to seek an advise regarding a business matter.
My husband recently open a business, however we badly needed a financial support, so we asked our extended family in his side. Then her sister decided to lend him money however she wanted to have a written aggreement/ contract that the business that we have will be share with their another brother, and the money that we owed to her will be paid monthly. Please help us. Waiting for response thanks
