Arresto Menor

hello po. magtatanong lang po ako kung paano po kung ang isang indibidwal ay nakabayad na sa pera na kailangan ibalik sa isang kumpanya na nakuhanan nya ng pera. pero tinuloy pa din po ang kaso na theft under article 308 nung nagsampa at nagkaron pa po siya ng warrant of arrest at nag piyansa po para di tuluyang makulong? ano po ba magandang gawin at paano po hindi makukulong ang isang indibidwal matapos mag hearing ? salamat po.
