Today, October 2, 2018, I was caught “shoplifting” by the 7/11 security and was asked to go to the office and fill up a form saying that “...in agreement I will pay this (amount), in accordance to the policy...”.
I have already paid the amount, will it appear on my NBI Clearance? I plan to renew my clearance next year January, and since it is already multipurpose, I fear na baka mag-appear yung shoplifting and magka-hit ako. Please help!
