Hi po,nag apply po AQ knina sa satellite office branch po dito sa amin then na hit po ako kahit meron na ajong dalabg personal copy last April Lang po ako nag pa renew sa manin branch nung that time. pinababalik AQ sa October 2 ,nid q na badly one day Lang Sana irelease para maipa red ribbon ko,paano po Kaya gagawin q,nagiisip po AQ your na magpunta NG main branch. Help me po please Thanks

The best person to ask your query would be an NBI official, so you should call up their office to know what are the procedures in clarifying your "hit" status and getting it cleared.
