Tama po ba at legal yung employment under Probationary Contract is 5 months lang talaga?

How about naman po yung naka receive ng 3 memo but different issues pwede na po ba yun iterminate?

1. ang fixed date probationary contract ay pwedeng kahit anong haba huwag lang hihigit sa 6 months.

2. that would depend on the company policy. Bear in mind however that fair treatment of employees shall always take precedence over company policy

1. legal po pala yung 5 months contract. Paano po yung before ng 5 months probi naka receive na ng notice for end of contract then after ng 5 months po kinausap ng Hr na for irerenew yung contract then pahinga lang daw po ng 1week then sign ulit ng probi contract for 5 months. Okay lang po ba yung ganyang rules?

2. Ang sabi po kasi ng Hr samin na pag naka receive na kami ng 3 memos ma teterminate na kami sa company.

1. why would they give you another 5 months probationary? that is like the 5-5-5 contractualization that is being stopped.

2. look into your policy. some companies would include a policy that in a year time if you were given a 3 suspension memo, you are subjected to serious misconduct policy violation that has termination offense. if you have that, then they can give you a termination disciplinary action.

1. I think para po di ma regular.
2. 3 suspension memo po pala para ma terminate, then depende parin po sa company policy.

Yan na po kasi yung practice sa company namin for probationary contract 5 months lang po then pag na endo at need parin ng helper another 5 months contract ulit. May times naman po na pag na end ng contract after a year pag need ulit ng helper papabalikin yung old then 5 months contract ulit.

I'm just saying that you can report to DOLE that you have been with that company for x months with x number of times signing 5 months contracts. They are trying to finish / stop such practice. pwede ngang mangyari na ang pag report ay "anonymous"
