it's either you pay for the entire amount or you pay your half and hopefully the debtor will just file a case against your partner. keep talking to both parties.

if ever poh mabayaran ko ung amount na un para wala nang third party.. mas madali poh ba un? para di ako ang madiin pagkatapos ako na lang gagawa nang legal na hakbang laban sa partner ko? keysa ako ang makasuhan? kc kung titingnan poh talaga ako poh ung madidiin kc ako ung kumukuha ng pera kay ate ako ung kausap nya. kaya natatakot poh ako kc may nabaranggay na ako indi xa kasama ako lang lahat humaharao tas naun di pa nasusunod ung napagkasunduan. hoping pa rin naman hanggang april 30 pa naman deadline in case lang poh? maraming salamat poh atty
