Hi good am, we bought a parcel of untitled land,sakop po ng CLOA na grant sa mga farmers dati. Un CLOA po ay nakapangalan sa deceased mother. Ang binili namin ay un parte ng isang anak sa lote. What we have ay kasulatan from brgy para sa transaction ng pagbili. We are planning to execute deed of sale para po maging legal tlga. Ask ko lng po, pano po kaya namin mapapatituluhan ang lupa? At totoo po ba na sa DENR ay mura lng pagpapatitulo? Hope anyone here can enlighten my mind regarding this matter. Thank u very much.
