Good Day can I ask a question po regarding on NBI clearance, Last year I have I case filed on me and was dismissed in the series of hearings. I was afraid to get an NBI clearance, anu po ba ang nkalagay sa NBI clearance if I have case dismissed. Mahihirapan na ba ako maghanap ng work in abroad since I have record already? Many thanks

Hi atty. kumuha po ako ng NBI and nung pick up na sya last week pero pinapa punta ko sa Main branch.
i have a case before pero inurong ung case and dismissed na sya. ano po kaylangan kong dalin since wala po ako copy ng dismissal.
pwede na po ba un affidavit of desistance?
