Arresto Menor

Good afternoon po. I am a teacher at a private school. I signed a 4 year contract po. By this time, I feel like I don't want to finish my contract dahil feeling ko po ay napapag-initan ako ng Admin namin. I felt humiliated na din po kasi and discouraged to teach. Siguro po may mga pagkakamali din ako kaya siya nagalit..but i think, hindi po clear bases yun or basehan pra umabot to this point na ayoko na po magturo. May nakalagay po sa kontrata ko about breach of contract pero hindi naman po stated kung magkano. Feeling ko po ay inaantay na lang nila na magpasa ako ng resignation letter. How will it be po kung magreresign ako at di na tapusin ang kontrata. Please help po. Salamat.
