I would like to seek your kind assistance regarding my lot investment.
I bought a lot property in Filinvest and fully paid for 5 years and still no title. I made many followup already, Filinvest will only give timeline that they don't deliver and always move for 6 months. its very unacceptable to me, I need to sell the lot which now has a house but i cant sell it without the title.
Is it worth it to file a case with Filinvest? as big company
