Gud am mam.What are the salient points in the Bank Secrecy Law? 1) Under the law, what is the treatment of duplicate copies of deposit slips to the depositor,I mean can this be considerd as personal documents? 2) Are duplicate copies of deposit slips unlawfully obtained without the consent/permission from the depositor can be considered as stealing/theft? 3) Also,does duplicate copies of deposit slips unlawfully obtained without the consent/permission from the depositor can be a ground for dismissal of the case? 4) Lastly, what are the cases can i file under this law?
