Alam ko po na normally kailangan mong mag render ng 30 days for a resignation. Pwede po ba mag immediate resignation dahil hindi nagprovide ng HMO ung company? Naka agency po kasi kami. And simula nung nagstart ako sa company, ang sabi eh magkakaroon daw kami ng HMO. Nakaltasan na kami for HMO kaso nalaman namin na wala parin pala kaming HMO. Nagkasakit ung kinakasama ko at napagastos kami ng libo libo sa medical expenses nya dahil nga "nilalakad" pa daw ung HMO pero nakaltasan na kami. Pwede bang i-sight as possible health and financial risk para di na magrender?

covered ba nang HMO yung kinakasama mo? usually, kung dependent kailangan legal spouse.

just render 30 days notice para walang problema.

Same work lang kami. Same company. Same agency.

Ang problema ko dito eh yung wala parin kaming HMO at baka magkasakit din ako in the future at gagastos na naman kami. Hahanap nalang kami ng company na may HMO kahit maging graveyard shift pa kami

Pwede ka naman magresign dahil sa wala kang HMO, dahil ang resignation naman pwedeng gawin yan with or without cause. Pero dapat mag-render ka parin ng 30 days service, kasi allowed lang na hindi magrender ng 30 days ang employee kung may serious insults sayo ang employer, or minamaltrato ka nila. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/nature-consequences-resignation
