Hello, I have this house that we lease, usually someone else manages the transactions.
When I asked for a copy of the lease contract, she gave me a photocopy of the document saying she doesn't have a copy of the original.
Well my questions are:

1. Is it possible for a notarized copy of a contract to only have  one copy?
2. Is there a way to know if a notarized document is faked without going to the office where it was notarized?
3. If the notarized document is indeed faked, what kind of case can I file against them?

I would be really grateful for the help.
