Seeking for help po for my Mother. In her PSA (Certificate of Live Birth), one of her name was not included. Paano po ang proseso nito para maipalagay yung totoong name ng mama ko? All of her gov't id's and record e yung complete first name niya ang kanyang ginagamit. Any advice po sa magiging proseso nito?
