Pwede ho ba mag file ng bankruptcy ang isang sole proprietor business na hindi naka file ng mayor’s permit, meron lang dti. Sa loob ng 3 months kasi hindi kami nakabayad ng rental fee dahil mahina ang sales at hindi kayang makabayad ng rental. Meron kami 3 months deposit naman, kaso 6months pang kami nakapag-operate and for the last 3 months nag negative ang sales flow.
Paano ho ba magfile ng bankruptcy?
