Hi,
I have a previous case last December 2016 for a alleged extortion. The case has been dismissed I also have a dismissal paper from RTC. I applied for an NBI last March 2017 and everything goes fine. Now I am applying again and said to have a hit advised me to go back after 10 days and said to go to the main office for QUALITY check. My question is what would happen and what are the papers to bring glfor NBI clearance to be issued.
