kasi po kamamatay lng ng lola ko last year, wala pong last will and testament sa bahay at lupang tinitirhan namin, kami po yung mga apong naiwan, at yung tita ko which is legally adopted nman ng lola.

Meron pa po syang mga kapatid na naiwan, at yung isang pamangkin nya na pinagkakatiwalaan nyang mag lakad ng mga papeles nya patungkol sa titulo at pag transfer nito sa hatian ng mama at auntie ko na legally adopted nya lang, hindi nman tinugunan nung uncle ko. Ngayong namatay na si lola, yung uncle ang nag hahawak at ayaw ibigay sa lolo namin na kapatid ng lola kong namatay. Gustong kunin ng lolo ko sa kanya, pero nag mamatigas yung uncle ko, at hindi na nga alam kung anong pwedeng gawin ng lolo ko.

kanino po ba dapat mapunta ang title ng property na yun at ano pong pwedeng gawin para makuha namin sa uncle ko. saan po kami pwede lumapit and ano pong mga procedures.

thanks for the information atty.! pero po kasi single ang nakalagay sa birthcert ng lola ko, and legally adopted lang Mum and Auntie ko, i have all the proof that my lola is their legal parent sa kanilang birthcert. Can we still do something from it?
