Cash Wagon Unpaid Loan

I had a loan online a few months ago, for only 3000. I accidentally deleted the confirmation text and email, so i lost the code. I was not able to pay for it. I tried calling the numbers that they used to remind me of my loan but no one answers.. Now, i received a text informing me that someone will be conducting an ocular inspection sa lugar namin. when i called the number, sabi nya he ia from NCRPO and they already coordinated with the police in my area as a complaint for estafa has been filed. they gave me a number to a certain atty that s handling my case daw and was told a case was filed in Makati Trial Court and a warrant has been issued. is that possible when i did not even get a summon? should I not get a letter through mail regarding the complaint first? they said its estafa, is it? and they are demanding for 20k, and said it includes the late payment and other charges. isnt it too much, my loan was just 3k. they demanded me to pay at least 7k thru dragon pay or cebuana, and i can pay the rest in 2 months. is thia legit? is this something i need to be worried about? what can possibly happen worst case scenario?

Hi i have this same concern.. I loaned with cash wagon and delay ang payment ko... But they sent me an email that i can pay atleast 4800.. Today i received a message "(my name)
On the way na kami sa area mo to serve your documents." I replied who is this. No reply... After a while my tumawag SPO2 ALEGADO OF NCRPO 09998285029...sabi daw they received a documents about an estafa case.. I was surprised kasi never naman ako nag act of fraud. So he told me to call this atty elmer to clarify... So tinawagan ko, this atty has an a foreign accent but eventually nawawala..
He gave me 3 cases, estafa pangloloko and i forgot the other one.. He is asking me to settle 15k.. So i told him base sa email 4800 lang... But insisting sya and keeps on aayong see you in court...
So i went to a legit atty... Tawagan ko daw ulit ask for the complete name ni spo2 ang atty elmer.. Spo2 no answer... So i called the atty... Secretary (sigur0) answered passed me to atty... Conversation was
Hi atty im *** ung kausap nyu kanina about estafa...
Him: mag sesettle kna ba...
Me: ay hindi po.. Ask lng po sana ako ng complete name nyu.. Cuz i asked for advice with my lawyer...
Him: (biglang very rude) kita kita nalng tayo sa court.. Di knamn pala mka bayad... Kasalanan mo yan hindi akin (very bastos and tumataas yung voice)
Me: no atty.. Im not trying to discuss the case.. Im just asking for your complete name

AND CLICK TOOT TOOT TOOT.. TINAKPAN AKO NG PHONE... so i search for their name walang atty sa lawlist website... Im still checking with ncrpo website about the spo2...

what I would advise you two is to wait for someone to personally go to your house. pag ginawa nila yun kunin nyo buong details nila like full name at saan sila affiliated at kung may maipapakita sila na ID kuhaan nyo ng copy.

yang ganyang tactics ay Gawain ng mga collection agency so kung may pumunta man sa inyo, tignan nyo muna credentials nila at baka mga nananakot lang. pero sa liit ng halaga na involved, malamang na di sila magpagod puntahan kayo personally.

Pero if it were me, hnd ako magbbyad s super taas na tubo. Negotiate na ung loan amt lang bbyaran. Plus maybe some fees, pero kung 10k ang loan. Hnd kmi magbbyad ng 70k worth of fees.

I am not sure where they will get your contacts. Pero so far walang gnun Kay bf. They still text threatening messages. Nothing else.

actually ako I have same problem in regards to my loan to the other online cash loan. Since I downloaded their apps and did not notice that they already access all my phonebook. So my family, friends and specially my boss received txt messages in regards to my loan. And when I coordinate it to them they said that it was written to their agreement written in their apps (without my signature). Question is it legal to hack (correct me po if Im wrong) personal phonebook of mine without any clarification and explanation during phone interview?

Nope. Wala naman tinawagan c Cashwagon na ibang tao. C bf lang. Puro threats Na kpg hnd nagbayad pupunta cla s bahay. Papa sheriff and all. Naawa lang ako s mga nagkakasakit na sa takot and stress. Pero so far puro pananakot pa lang nagawa nila.

Thanks for the info. when ba last naka kuha si bf mu? till now puro lang din pananakot. and worse gumamit sila ng name ng atty at nang tinawagan ko office mismi ng atty that i saw online matagal ng retired at malamang nasa states nadaw sabi ng dating nagwowork for the atty. gumagamit pa talaga sila ng mga atty na wala naman connection. grabe yung pananakot nila sana naman karmahin din sila. as of now wala nabang nag didisturb sa bf muh? its been ilang months na po? salamat uli kristal
